About Me
As mentioned before, my name is Jayna and I live for new experiences. My love for travel is encouraged by my interest in visiting different countries, trying out new activities and tasting every (vegetarian) local dish. I got into solo travel after going to South East Asia with a friend, however due to a disagreement, I ended up finishing the trip alone (we're all good now btw). This opened me up to a whole new experience as I began connecting with more solo travellers along the way and building my confidence to go at it alone!

If you really want to go somewhere, I want to inspire you to just go for it without having to wait on someone else to make it happen.

Purpose.
Coming from an Asian background, I knew there was a lot of hesitation from my family and friends about me travelling alone, and to countries they saw as 'unsafe'. I want to share my stories to help ease some of these concerns for other people who are met with similar resistance and emphasise the value solo travel has. From my own backpacking experiences, I have rarely met people from the same background as me and I hope through this blog I can encourage more budding travellers!

That being said, even if we have nothing in common, I hope you can find something useful from my website to help you plan your next trip!
What's In Store?
From pre to post travel, I'll be sharing everything!
What to pack, detailed itineraries, accommodation and food recommendations and unique activities. I will be giving honest accounts of my personal experiences and giving you the do's and don'ts.
Through my blog posts I will also be answering common questions about the realities of solo travel (good and bad).
